PRE-K  AM  CLASS

Sarah Westrup, AM & PM Teacher

My name is Sarah Westrup and I will be your child's teacher for the upcoming 2021-2022school year. This will be my third year at Tiny Timbers, my second as the WMF AM/PM Teacher. I am thrilled to continue my role as the classroom teacher for the upcoming year and so look forward to meeting all your children and helping them grow in their love for God and learning

Along with my time at Tiny Timbers, I have many years' experience working with and teaching young children. My undergrad studies were in Elementary Education, and I served as a reading teacher to kindergarten through third grade students my first year out of college. I also taught preschool for four years in two different Cincinnati, Ohio schools.

When not teaching, I am enjoying family time with my six-year-old daughter, Clara; husband, Joel; and two dogs, Sterling and Theodore. I love to garden, bake, swim, and stay active through Zumba!

As we all return to a new 'normal' after a very challenging year and a half, I so look forward to helping your child become accustomed to school in a consistent and loving environment.

Chelsey Santiago, AM Assistant

I've lived in Lancaster County all my life and graduated from Hempfield and started pursuing college, knowing I wanted to do something involving working with kids. I changed majors from Child Development to Early Childhood Education but ultimately never finished a degree as I ended up meeting my husband, Caesar,  on a mission trip to Haiti, where we were teaching VBS to the children there.

My whole life, if you would have asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would have said a wife and Mom. We are blessed with two children, Caleb and Meira Joy.

I am so excited for God to help me as I help guide the children in their walk with Christ.

After spending time with family, some of my hobbies include cooking/baking, going to yard sales & taking walks.

Jackie Sauder, TTH AM TEACHER

My name is Jackie Sauder and I'm so excited to be teaching my new precious friends on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of the children better!

I graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Bachelor's in Bible and focus in Early Childhood Education. I have 13 year's experience in teaching. I have a love of the discovery in a child's eyes when they learn something new, I also find happiness when they continue to use the knowledge to further their learning.

I grew up in a large family of six children and my father is a pastor. I know what it means to work on a team, and I strive for open communication with my students and their families! I love to help when I can & I'm always available through email.

Fun things about me! Favorites: color pink, popcorn, Fall, Thanksgiving, The Greatest Showman, York Peppermint Patties, I love to travel, AND drink Coffee with Almond Milk & Stevia.

Director/registration & tuition

Cindy Seitz

My name is Cindy Seitz & I am the director and also register the students at Tiny Timbers. It's exciting for me to show families our classrooms & see the excitement on the child's face when anticipating coming to preschool. I am married, have two sons, two daughters-in-law, one granddaughter in Kindergarten & a one and a half year old grandson. I am looing forward to a great new preschool year. Last year the children were loving just being together. This year we are planning on the children having another great year being together and also having field trips with their parents and the special programs in person. Please keep the children and their families in your prayers for good health, safety and to feel the love of Jesus through anyone involved with Tiny Timbers. In Matthew, Jesus tells us to become like little children. Little children are friendly, joyful, forgiving, compassionate, trusting and have a pure heart. May God bless you as you seek to know Him through a precious little preschooler.

"Give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His love endures forever." Psalm 136:1

Sarah Clugston

My name is Sarah Clugston, I am the Tuition Clerk for Tiny Timbers.  I am a grandmother of 4, 3 boys and 1 girl who all attended Tiny Timbers over the years. I love to crochet and participate with the Prayer Shawl group of West Green Tree CoB.  I am retired from Administrative assistant position. The best part of my retirement is participating with the Tiny Timbers preschool, whether it is with the children or working in supporting the staff during the year.  I enjoy seeing the children and hearing how they are growing and changing through their time here at Tiny Timbers. Thank you for entrusting your precious little ones to our care for this year.
